La Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Geboortekerk es una iglesia católica romana en Hoogmade.
La primera iglesia en este lugar se utilizó en 1742. Como se hizo demasiado pequeña en el siglo XIX, se construyó una nueva iglesia en estilo neogótico por el arquitecto Evert Margry. En uso desde 1875, colapsó parcialmente en 1929, por lo que toda la iglesia, excepto la torre, tuvo que ser demolida.
En 1931 se puso en uso el edificio actual. El arquitecto J.A. van der Laan diseñó la gran iglesia de sala, en la que se integró la antigua torre. La iglesia todavía está en uso.
