El Zuidmolen es un molino de grano construido en 1857 como un molino de capricho en la localidad holandesa de Groesbeek (provincia de Gelderland). La cubierta de madera está revestida con cuero para techos. En 1947, el molino fue alcanzado por un tornado. En el molino hay tres pares de piedras de moler, tanto de piedras artificiales como naturales. La cruz de alas mide 25 metros y tiene alas de tipo Fauël con compuertas Ten Have y frenos en las cuatro alas. Los brazos son de hierro. El molino se alimenta mediante un sistema de crujido y tiene un sistema de cabrestante inglés. El freno (rem) con el que se detiene el molino es un freno flamenco.
