Il Zuidmolen è un mulino a vento costruito nel 1857 nella località olandese di Groesbeek (provincia di Gelderland). La copertura in legno è rivestita con cuoio da tetto. Nel 1947, il mulino è stato colpito da un tromba d'aria. All'interno del mulino ci sono tre coppie di macine, sia in pietra artificiale che in pietra naturale. La croce delle pale è lunga 25 metri e ha pale di tipo Fauël con valvole Ten Have e valvole di frenata su tutte e quattro le pale. Le pale sono in ferro. Il mulino è azionato da un sistema di cricchettatura e ha un meccanismo di trasmissione inglese. Il freno (rem) che ferma il mulino è un freno fiammingo.
