Pernis es una aldea entre los puertos del municipio de Róterdam en la provincia holandesa de Holanda Meridional, en la isla de IJsselmonde. La aldea cuenta con 4.850 habitantes y tiene una superficie de 1,6 km². Pernis probablemente se originó en el siglo XIII y fue anexionada por el municipio de Róterdam solo en 1934. A pesar de la cercanía de la gran ciudad, ha mantenido su carácter de aldea. La población está compuesta en su mayoría por autóctonos.
