Buinerveen es un pueblo en el municipio de Borger-Odoorn en la provincia neerlandesa de Drenthe. Buinerveen contaba el 1 de enero de 2021 con 430 habitantes. Se encuentra entre Buinen y Nieuw-Buinen. Como indica el nombre, es una colonia de turba. A diferencia de la mayoría de las colonias de turba, el pueblo no se formó a lo largo de un canal. La primera extracción de turba en la zona tuvo lugar desde Buinen, donde el área fue accesible por carretera y no por canal.
