'T Waar es una aldea en el municipio de Oldambt en la provincia de Groningen, situada en el Oldambt. 'T Waar forma un pueblo gemelo con Nieuw-Scheemda, al cual la mayor parte históricamente también pertenecía eclesiásticamente. Un puñado de viviendas al norte de la Hoofdweg en 't Waar pertenecía a Nieuwolda. El pueblo está situado en una alta inclinación en la región drenada de Dollard, formada por el terraplén del río medieval Munter Ae. El núcleo más antiguo es la Molenhorn, posiblemente ubicado en un montículo. El molino de grano se menciona en 1598 y 1602, pero probablemente ya estuvo aquí antes. Al este de 't Waar se encuentra una tierra de cultivo, drenada en el siglo XVII. Las tierras bajas al oeste del pueblo originalmente consistían en tierras pantanosas o vledder. El nombre De Dellen se refiere a la baja elevación.
