Pietersbierum es un pueblo en el municipio de Waadhoeke en la provincia de Frisia, Países Bajos. Tenía una población de alrededor de 140 en enero de 2014. El pueblo se mencionó por primera vez en 1398 como Peters berim, y significa "casa/granja de San Pedro". Pietersbierum es un pueblo terp del siglo VIII. Originalmente estaba separado de Sexbierum por una zanja del Mar de Wadden. La iglesia medieval se quemó en 1843. En 1845, se construyó una nueva iglesia que recibió su torre de estilo gótico en 1878. A pesar de que ha crecido unido a Sexbierum y forma un pueblo gemelo, sigue siendo un pueblo separado.
