Pietersbierum è un villaggio nel comune di Waadhoeke nella provincia di Frisia, nei Paesi Bassi. Aveva una popolazione di circa 140 persone a gennaio 2014. Il villaggio è stato menzionato per la prima volta nel 1398 come Peters berim e significa "casa/fienile di San Pietro". Pietersbierum è un villaggio terp dell'VIII secolo. Era originariamente separato da Sexbierum da un fossato del Mare dei Wadden. La chiesa medievale andò distrutta in un incendio nel 1843. Nel 1845, fu costruita una nuova chiesa che ricevette la sua torre in stile gotico revival nel 1878. Anche se si è cresciuto attaccato a Sexbierum e forma un villaggio gemello, è ancora un villaggio separato.
