Brummen ) es un lugar en la provincia neerlandesa de Gelderland. Es la localidad principal y la segunda más grande del municipio de Brummen.
Brummen se encuentra entre Zutphen y Dieren, a poca distancia del río IJssel. A través del IJssel navega un ferry de coches hacia la ciudad de Bronkhorst. La zona rural del municipio de Brummen se extiende más allá del Canal de Apeldoorn. Brummen tiene una estación de tren, situada en la llamada línea IJssel.
