Brummen ) è un comune nella provincia olandese di Gelderland. È il capoluogo e il secondo comune più grande del comune di Brummen.
Brummen si trova tra Zutphen e Dieren, a breve distanza dal fiume IJssel. Sul IJssel naviga un traghetto per auto verso la cittadina di Bronkhorst. L'area rurale del comune di Brummen si estende oltre il Canale di Apeldoorn. Brummen ha una stazione ferroviaria, situata sulla cosiddetta linea IJssel.
