La estación Groningen Noord o Noorderstation, como lo llaman los habitantes de Groningen, es una estación de tren en el norte de la ciudad de Groningen, cerca de los barrios de Selwerd y Tuinwijk. En 1884 se inauguró la línea de tren Groningen - Delfzijl. A lo largo de la parte de esa ruta que atraviesa la ciudad de Groningen, se construyó una parada, la parada Kostverloren, y más adelante Groningen Halte SS, que desde 1917 se llamó solo Groningen Halte y desde 1955 Groningen Noord. En 1893 también se completó la línea Sauwerd - Roodeschool. Desde entonces, la estación también fue atendida por el tren Groningen – Roodeschool. De 1922 a 1938, además, aquí se detuvo diariamente un número limitado de trenes Groningen - Zoutkamp. Actualmente, las líneas son operadas por Arriva.
