La stazione di Groningen Noord, o Noorderstation, come la chiamano gli abitanti di Groningen, è una stazione ferroviaria nel nord della città di Groningen, vicino ai quartieri di Selwerd e Tuinwijk. Nel 1884 venne aperta la linea ferroviaria Groningen - Delfzijl. Lungo la parte di quel percorso che attraversa la città di Groningen, fu costruita una fermata, la fermata Kostverloren, e più avanti Groningen Halte SS, che dal 1917 venne chiamata semplicemente Groningen Halte e dal 1955 Groningen Noord. Nel 1893 venne completata anche la linea ferroviaria Sauwerd - Roodeschool. Da allora la stazione venne servita anche dal treno Groningen – Roodeschool. Dal 1922 al 1938 qui fermò inoltre quotidianamente un numero limitato di treni Groningen - Zoutkamp. Oggi le linee sono gestite da Arriva.
