La Koerheuvel es una colina en el municipio de Rhenen en la provincia de Utrecht, Países Bajos. La colina se encuentra al oeste de Rhenen en el límite del distrito y forma parte del cordón montañoso Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Al noroeste se encuentra la montaña Thymse en el área forestal de Lijster eng y al suroeste está la Donderberg. El cordón montañoso termina en el lado este de Rhenen con la Laarschenberg y la Grebbeberg/Heimenberg.
La torre de agua en Rhenen o Torre de Agua De Koerheuvel fue diseñada por el arquitecto H. van Hoogdalem y se construyó en 1935. La torre se encuentra en Koerheuvelweg sobre una colina de aproximadamente 51 metros, el Koerheuvel. La torre funcionó como torre de agua desde el 8 de mayo de 1937 hasta el 1 de septiembre de 1989. Ahora es un complejo de apartamentos. La torre en sí cuenta con nueve plantas y tiene una altura de 42,7 metros.
