La villa romana de Lemiers era una villa romana al este de Lemiers en el municipio de Vaals en la provincia de Limburgo, Países Bajos. La villa se encontraba en la ladera, a unos 100 metros más al norte del Selzerbeek. A unos 500 metros al suroeste se habría ubicado la calzada romana de la Vieja Akerweg. La villa pertenecía al tipo rustica y era una de las muchas decenas de villas de este tipo en el sur de Limburgo. A unos 3 kilómetros al norte se encontraba la villa romana de Bocholtz-Vlengendaal.
