Den romerske villa Lemiers var en romersk villa øst for Lemiers i kommunen Vaals i den nederlandske provins Limburg. Villaen lå ved hældningen, ca. 100 meter nordligere for Selzerbeek. Cirka 500 meter sydvestligere ville den romerske vej den gamle Akervej have ligget. Villaen var af typen rustica og var en af de mange dusin villaer af denne type i Syd-Limburg. Omkring 3 kilometer mod nord lå den romerske villa Bocholtz-Vlengendaal.
