La villa romana di Lemiers era una villa romana a est di Lemiers, nel comune di Vaals, nella provincia olandese di Limburg. La villa si trovava alla base della collina, con il Selzerbeek situato a circa 100 metri a nord. A circa 500 metri a sud-ovest si sarebbe trovata la strada romana dell'Oude Akerweg. La villa era del tipo rustica ed era una delle molte dozzine di ville di questo tipo nel Sud-Limburg. A circa 3 chilometri a nord si trovava la villa romana di Bocholtz-Vlengendaal.
