The Roman villa Lemiers was a Roman villa east of Lemiers in the municipality of Vaals in the Dutch province of Limburg. The villa was located at the foot of the slope with the Selzerbeek about 100 meters to the north. About 500 meters to the southwest, the Roman road the Oude Akerweg would have been located. The villa was of the rustica type and was one of the many dozens of villas of this type in South Limburg. About 3 kilometers to the north lay the Roman villa Bocholtz-Vlengendaal.
