La Rheder- y Worthrhederheide se encuentra en la parte central del Parque Nacional Veluwezoom. Incluye brezales, bosques y arenas móviles, y abarca un total de aproximadamente 850 ha. El punto más alto de Veluwe se encuentra en esta área: el Signaal Imbosch de 110 m de altura. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, cerca de este punto se encontraba el puesto de radar alemán Teerose II. En la Elsberg, Natuurmonumenten ha establecido un mirador.
