El Monseigneur Nolenspark, conocido popularmente como Nolenspark, es un parque en el lado norte del centro de la ciudad de Venlo, en los Países Bajos.
Después de la demolición de las fortificaciones, se construyó en este lado de la ciudad entre 1867 y 1872 un nuevo barrio, según los planes del urbanista Frits van Gendt. Parte de los planes incluía una plaza y un parque. La plaza se llamaba inicialmente Ginkelplein, y el parque entonces era conocido como Moerdijkpark. Hasta finales del siglo diecinueve, había una quiosco en el centro del parque, donde conjuntos musicales ofrecían actuaciones al aire libre. Más tarde, en el siglo veinte, recibió el nombre de Klein Park.
