Le parc Monseigneur Nolens, souvent simplement appelé Nolensparc, est un parc situé du côté nord du centre-ville de la ville néerlandaise de Venlo.
Après la démolition des fortifications, un tout nouveau quartier a été aménagé de ce côté de la ville entre 1867 et 1872, selon les plans de l'urbaniste Frits van Gendt. Une place et un parc faisaient partie des projets. La place s'appelait d'abord Ginkelplein, le parc à l'époque Moerdijkpark. Jusqu'à la fin du dix-neuvième siècle, une kiosque se tenait au milieu du parc, où des ensembles musicaux donnaient des performances en plein air. Plus tard, au vingtième siècle, il a été renommé Klein Park.
