Der Monseigneur Nolenspark, im Volksmund oft einfach Nolenspark genannt, ist ein Park an der Nordseite der Innenstadt der niederländischen Stadt Venlo.
Nach der Schleifung der Festungsanlagen wurde auf dieser Seite der Stadt zwischen 1867 und 1872 ein völlig neuer Stadtteil angelegt, gemäß den Plänen des Stadtplaners Frits van Gendt. Bestandteil der Pläne war ein Platz und ein Park. Der Platz hieß zunächst Ginkelplein, der Park damals noch Moerdijkpark. Bis zum Ende des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts befand sich in der Mitte des Parks ein Pavillon, in dem Musikgesellschaften Aufführungen im Freien präsentierten. Später erhielt er, im zwanzigsten Jahrhundert, den Namen Klein Park.
