Il Parco Monseigneur Nolens, comunemente chiamato Nolenspark, è un parco situato sul lato nord del centro città della località olandese di Venlo.
Dopo la demolizione delle fortificazioni, fu realizzato tra il 1867 e il 1872 un nuovo quartiere su questo lato della città, secondo i piani dell'urbanista Frits van Gendt. Parte dei piani prevedeva una piazza e un parco. La piazza inizialmente si chiamava Ginkelplein, mentre il parco era noto come Moerdijkpark. Fino alla fine del diciannovesimo secolo, al centro del parco si trovava un chiosco, dove le compagnie musicali eseguivano concerti all'aperto. Successivamente, nel ventesimo secolo, ricevette il nome di Klein Park.
