La iglesia de Santiago Apóstol es una iglesia en la Plaza Vieja en la ciudad holandesa de Enschede. La parroquia de Santiago es especialmente conocida como la parroquia donde Alphons Ariëns trabajó como capellán. En su memoria, aquí se celebra anualmente en noviembre la 'conmemoración de Ariëns'.
La primera parroquia de Enschede desde la Reforma se erigió en la Plaza Vieja en 1842. Este edificio neoclásico, diseñado por Christiaan Kramm, fue destruido durante el incendio de la ciudad en 1862 y en 1863 fue reemplazado por una iglesia de estilo neogótico, según el diseño de H.J. van den Brink. Esta iglesia fue demolida en 1932 debido a su ruina.
