El Eemsmondgebouw es un edificio de oficinas en la Duurswoldlaan en Farmsum, cerca del puerto de Delfzijl en la provincia de Groningen, Países Bajos. El edificio se encuentra en la ubicación donde anteriormente estaba la obra de fortificación Kostverloren, que debía proteger la ciudad fortificada de Delfzijl de ataques desde la dirección de Farmsum. El Eemsmondgebouw es característico por los plásticos de hormigón diseñados por el artista Jaap van der Meij. El edificio, diseñado en 1969, data de 1969 y contiene un refugio antinuclear. En 1973, fue puesto en uso por los servicios del estado para el mantenimiento y reparación de los faros marítimos.
