Originalmente, la capilla de Santa Cecilia formaba parte del convento de mujeres, que fue fundado en 1496. De esa época data también la nave. El coro fue renovado en el siglo XVI. Tiene una notable canal de piedra natural y una bóveda de nervios con claves colgantes.
La capilla de Santa Cecilia en la que los luteranos comenzaron a congregarse desde mediados del siglo XVIII data de mediados del siglo XV y pertenecía al antiguo convento de agustinas. A partir de 1810, los reformados adquirieron la iglesia, con la estipulación de que los luteranos también pudieran permanecer allí. Después de la guerra, se celebraron servicios durante un tiempo en un edificio provisional, pero en 1949 se restauró la capilla.
