La iglesia reformada es una antigua iglesia protestante de la Iglesia Reformada Neerlandesa en Sint Anna ter Muiden, en la provincia de Zelanda.
La torre del siglo XIV es lo único que queda de la antigua iglesia gótica de cruz que fue destruida durante la Guerra de los Ochenta Años. La torre también sirvió como faro cuando el pueblo aún tenía un puerto en el siglo XIV. La iglesia estaba dedicada a Santa Ana, la madre de María. Esta iglesia fue destruida durante la Guerra de los Ochenta Años. En el lado este, se añadió una iglesia reformada en 1653. La iglesia recibió en 1973 el estatus de monumento nacional.
