El molino y la granja se mencionan por primera vez en un documento de transferencia de 1418. La casa de campo actual, del año 1766, se caracteriza por una casa de salón con un gablete separado en la parte delantera, que está hecha de mimbre. En ese momento, la granja fue transformada en una granja de gablete largo. En la fachada central hay un arco en relieve; en la parte trasera, una parte superior rota.
