Le moulin et la ferme sont mentionnés pour la première fois dans un acte de transfert de l'année 1418. La ferme actuelle, datant de 1766, se distingue par une maison de hall avec un pignon séparé à l'avant, composée de vannerie. À l'époque, la ferme a été transformée en une ferme à pignon long. Sur la façade centrale, il y a un arc en relief ; à l'arrière, une partie supérieure endommagée.
