Arneplaat es una isla situada frente al lugar Zeeland de Veere. Actualmente, la isla está en gran parte cubierta de bosques y consta parcialmente de áreas de pastoreo. La isla está en manos de la Asociación de Naturaleza Monumentos que la gestiona. La gestión del agua está a cargo de la comunidad de riego Scheldestromen. Al igual que las Islas de Zeeland Mosselplaat, Goudplaat, Haringvreter y Aardbeieneiland, la isla está deshabitada y es de acceso libre para la recreación. En 2011, la comunidad de riego construyó nuevos muelles. Debido a esto, los barcos con un mayor calado también pueden atracar ahora.
