De Kuiperspoort es una calle en Middelburg, en la provincia de Zelanda. El nombre hace referencia al gremio de toneleros que se estableció aquí en el siglo XVII.
La estrecha calle está pavimentada con adoquines y tiene una salida hacia la Dam y, por el otro lado, una puerta que da al Rouaansekaai. El edificio de la puerta data de 1586 y fue adquirido en 1642 por el gremio de toneleros. La mayoría de los edificios, incluidos los almacenes que datan de la época de la VOC, fueron restaurados en los años 1970, conservando las fachadas originales.
