El Welvaaren de Grijpskerke es un antiguo molino de grano en Grijpskerke, en la provincia holandesa de Zelanda.
El molino actual fue construido en 1801 después de que un antecesor, un molino de pie, fuera derribado por el viento. Durante una tormenta en 1945, el molino perdió su crucero de aspas. Además, el molino fue desmantelado posteriormente, quedando solo una estructura de molino de piedra. La estructura se convirtió en una vivienda alrededor de 1982. En 1997, el molino recibió un techo y nuevas varas. Debido a la vivienda adosada y a la falta de una rueda superior, el molino no puede girar.
