Le Welvaaren de Grijpskerke est un ancien moulin à grain à Grijpskerke, dans la province néerlandaise de Zélande.
Le moulin actuel a été construit en 1801 après qu'un prédécesseur, un moulin à pivot, ait été déraciné. Lors d'une tempête en 1945, le moulin a perdu son croisillon. Le moulin a ensuite été davantage démantelé, ne laissant qu'un tronc de moulin en pierre. Le tronc a été aménagé en maison vers 1982. En 1997, le moulin a été doté d'un toit et de nouvelles ailes. En raison de la maison ajoutée et de l'absence d'un rouet supérieur, le moulin ne peut pas tourner.
