La Heide de Stramproy es un área natural ubicada al oeste de Stramproy, en la provincia de Limburgo, Países Bajos.
Se trata de una antigua área de brezo y arena móvil con alturas de hasta 35 metros. A principios del siglo XX, se plantó con pino silvestre. Actualmente, se está transformando en un bosque de hojas caducas más natural. También hay parcelas de tierras de construcción y prados en el bosque. En los pequeños campos se lleva a cabo, entre otras cosas, el cultivo ecológico de centeno invernal.
