Charles Le Chevalier construyó esta granja en 1847 y la nombró en honor a su esposa Anna van Heurn. Desde este momento hasta el año 2000, la granja fue arrendada. El arrendamiento incluía las tierras directamente alrededor de la granja, así como las tierras a las que esta caminata le lleva.
Terrenos húmedos, pero gracias a la manera a pequeña escala de la agricultura de tiempos antiguos, los agricultores supieron manejarlo muy bien.
La granja ahora es habitada de forma privada y la casa principal se utiliza como casa de huéspedes. El antiguo establo de boxes se ha acondicionado como alojamiento grupal para campamentos escolares, semanas de vacaciones y otros grupos.
