Heel ) es un antiguo municipio en Limburg. El antiguo municipio contaba el 1 de enero de 2009 con 8448 habitantes y tenía una superficie de 25,36 km². El 1 de enero de 2007, el municipio de Heel se fusionó con los municipios de Maasbracht y Thorn para formar el nuevo municipio de Maasgouw.
El municipio se formó el 1 de enero de 1991 a partir de los municipios disueltos de Beegden, Wessem y Heel y Panheel. Antes de la creación de Heel y Panheel en 1818, Heel también era un municipio en el que la aldea del mismo nombre era el único núcleo.
