Heel ) è un ex comune nel Limburgo. L'ex comune contava 8448 abitanti il 1 gennaio 2009 e aveva una superficie di 25,36 km². Il 1 gennaio 2007 il comune di Heel è stato unito ai comuni di Maasbracht e Thorn per formare il nuovo comune di Maasgouw.
Il comune è stato costituito il 1 gennaio 1991 dalle municipalità abolite di Beegden, Wessem e Heel e Panheel. Prima della creazione di Heel e Panheel nel 1818, Heel era anch'esso un comune in cui il villaggio omonimo era l'unico centro.
