La Compañía Neerlandesa de Construcción Naval, anteriormente Compañía Neerlandesa de Construcción de Barcos, fue un astillero para la construcción de barcos nuevos, reparación de barcos y fabricación de maquinaria en Ámsterdam que existió entre 1894 y 1979.
La Compañía Neerlandesa de Construcción Naval fue fundada el 25 de agosto de 1894 por el adinerado miembro del parlamento Jacob Theodoor Cremer, exdirector de la Compañía Deli. El año anterior, había sido contactado por los trabajadores de la isla Oostenburg en Ámsterdam, que se quedaron desempleados tras el cierre del astillero de Paul van Vlissingen en 1891. Él asumió ese astillero en la calle Conrad sin la fábrica de máquinas de vapor, que pasó a ser propiedad de Werkspoor.
