En este prado hay en realidad 7 cipreses de los pantanos. Una fila de 5 ejemplares y otros dos están un poco más cerca del camino. El prado está justo al lado del río Lei y el prado en sí es también muy húmedo. Ideal para la formación de raíces de rodilla. Los árboles fueron plantados por encargo del conde Jacques van Hogendorp, quien transformó esta área a principios del siglo XIX en una finca con elementos del estilo paisajístico inglés.
Este árbol tiene una circunferencia de tronco, medida a 1,30 m de altura, de 3 m. La altura mide aproximadamente 16 m. El árbol fue plantado alrededor de 1810 ± 10 y, por lo tanto, tiene aproximadamente 213 ± 10 años de antigüedad.
