La Capilla de Sigismundo, o Capilla Zygmunt, ("Kaplica Zygmuntowska"), adyacente a la pared sur de la catedral, es una de las piezas de arquitectura más notables en Cracovia y quizás "el ejemplo más puro de la arquitectura renacentista fuera de Italia." Financiada por el rey Sigismundo I el Viejo, fue construida entre 1517 y 1533 por Bartolomeo Berrecci.
Una capilla de base cuadrada con una cúpula dorada alberga las tumbas de su fundador, así como de sus hijos, el rey Sigismundo II Augusto y Anna Jagiellonka.
