El Toarciense o Toarciano es una división de la escala temporal geológica, la última edad y piso del Jurásico Inferior, primera época del período Jurásico. Esta edad se extiende de 182,7 ± 0,7 hasta 174,1 ± 1,0 millones de años atrás, aproximadamente.[1] El Toarciense sucede a la edad Pliensbachiense y precede a la Aaleniense del Jurásico Medio.
