La Cueva de Lockport puede referirse a una de las dos cavernas debajo de la ciudad de Lockport, Nueva York. Una de las cuevas se formó naturalmente en las rocas madre de dolomita y piedra caliza, mientras que la otra es una pista hidráulica construida en el siglo XIX.
Existen relatos históricos y recientes de intentos de exploración del sistema de cuevas naturales, aunque la cueva ha estado sellada desde 1889. El verdadero tamaño de la cueva sigue siendo un misterio, aunque se especula que tiene un área de varios millas cuadradas. La Compañía de la Cueva de Lockport se formó en 1883 para explorar y retirar el barro de la cueva; sin embargo, se avanzó poco debido a la falta de financiación y las inundaciones frecuentes.
