La Grotta di Lockport può riferirsi a una delle due caverne sotto la città di Lockport, New York. Una delle grotte si è formata naturalmente nei sottostanti strati di dolomite e calcare, mentre l'altra è una corsia idraulica costruita nel XIX secolo.
Esistono resoconti storici e recenti di tentativi di esplorazione del sistema di caverne naturali, sebbene la grotta sia stata sigillata dal 1889. La vera dimensione della grotta rimane un mistero, anche se si ipotizza che abbia un'area di diversi miglia quadrati. La Lockport Cave Company è stata costituita nel 1883 per esplorare e rimuovere il fango dalla grotta, tuttavia sono stati fatti pochi progressi a causa di un finanziamento inadeguato e di frequenti allagamenti.
