Esta cruz de la plaza de la iglesia es una perfecta obra maestra de la escultura religiosa de finales del siglo XV o principios del XVI. En el fuste se representan doce escenas de la vida de Cristo (tres a cada lado). En las esquinas están los doce apóstoles y, sobre ellos, los cuatro evangelistas. La cruz tiene dos caras: por un lado, la crucifixión bajo la mirada de San Pedro y San Miguel. En el reverso, Nuestra Señora de la Merced, entre Santa Magdalena y San Juan, presenta el cuerpo sin vida de su hijo. Este cuadro marca el final del drama.
