Unterperfuss est une commune avec 241 habitants dans le district d'Innsbruck-Land en Tyrol. La commune se situe dans le district judiciaire de Telfs. Unterperfuss se trouve dans la vallée de l'Inn, à environ 15 km à l'ouest d'Innsbruck, en face de Zirl. Avec deux kilomètres carrés de superficie et environ 200 habitants, c'est l'une des plus petites communes du Tyrol. Les frontières de la commune sont formées au nord par l'Inn et à l'est par la Melach qui se jette ici depuis la vallée de Sellrain.
