La maison bourgeoise d'origine gothique du 15ème siècle a été acquise en 1725 par Johan Fischer, le trésorier de la monnaie de Hall, et a probablement reçu à cette époque ses somptueuses stucatures baroques ornées de fleurettes, de régimes de fruits, de coquillages et de putti, réalisées par l'ornemaniste Anton Gigl de Wessobrunn, qui s'était installé à Innsbruck vers 1723.
