Le palais Kollonitsch est un ancien palais urbain de Graz situé dans la Schmiedgasse dans le quartier de la ville intérieure.
En 1641, le comte Otto Gottfried Kollonitsch, conseiller régimentaire de la cour impériale et trésorier de l'archiduc Léopold Guillaume, acquit une maison de ville existant à cet endroit. Il s'agissait de la dite "Judelhaus", un bâtiment que le roi romain-germanique Maximilien Ier avait offert à son conseiller Erhard von Polheim en 1496. Par la suite, il fut la propriété du baron Hanns Wilhelm von Galler, qui le revendit en 1630 au cuisinier régional Sebastian Khneißl, avant de passer entre les mains du comte Kollonitsch. Il fut finalement incorporé dans un fideicommis familial.
