Het Palais Kollonitsch is een voormalig stadspaleis in Graz, gelegen aan de Schmiedgasse in het district Innere Stadt.
In 1641 verwierf graaf Otto Gottfried Kollonitsch, k.k. regimentsraad en kamerheer van aartshertog Leopold Wilhelm, een op deze plek bestaand stadshuis. Het betrof het zogenaamde "Judelhaus", een gebouw dat de Rooms-Duitse koning Maximiliaan I in 1496 aan zijn raad Erhard von Polheim had geschonken. In de daaropvolgende tijd was het in het bezit van de baron Hanns Wilhelm von Galler en werd het door hem in 1630 doorverkocht aan de landschappelijke kok Sebastian Khneißl, voordat het in het bezit van graaf Kollonitsch kwam. Uiteindelijk werd het ingebracht in een familiefideicommiss.
