L'ancienne église paroissiale catholique romaine de Stans se trouve à l'extérieur du village, dans la commune autrichienne de Stans, en Tyrol. L'église paroissiale, sous le patronage des saints Laurent et Ulrich, fait partie du décanat de Schwaz dans le diocèse d'Innsbruck. L'église et le cimetière sont classés monuments historiques. Une église a été mentionnée pour la première fois en 1337. Le bâtiment ecclésiastique gothique a été construit vers 1505/1510 et a été baroque selon les plans de Jakob Singer en 1726. L'église, désignée comme église de cure en 1816, a été érigée en église paroissiale en 1891. L'église a été déconsacrée en 1896 et dépouillée de son équipement.
