La chiesa parrocchiale romanocattolica di Stans si trova al di fuori del villaggio nella comunità austriaca di Stans in Tirolo. La chiesa parrocchiale con il patrocinio di Santi Lorenzo e Ulrico appartiene al decanato di Schwaz nella diocesi di Innsbruck. La chiesa e il cimitero sono sotto protezione monumentale. Una chiesa è stata menzionata nel 1337. L'edificio della chiesa gotica è stato costruito intorno al 1505/1510 e nel 1726 è stato barocchizzato secondo i progetti di Jakob Singer. La chiesa, designata nel 1816 come chiesa curatica, è stata elevata a parrocchiale nel 1891. La chiesa è stata sconsacrata nel 1896 e privata del suo arredo.
