L'église paroissiale et de pèlerinage de Bad Deutsch-Altenburg est une basilique à trois nefs de style roman-gothique, construite en quatre phases de 1050 environ à Bad Deutsch-Altenburg, avec un chœur gothique et un clocher à l'ouest. L'église paroissiale catholique romaine est placée sous le patronage de l'Assomption de Marie et fait partie du doyenné de Hainburg dans l'archidiocèse de Vienne. L'église est classée monument historique et constitue un important témoignage de l'architecture médiévale en Autriche.
